| Video Discription | Welcome to the Twelve Oaks Mall located in Novi, MI. Twelve Oaks Mall opened in 1977 with Sears and Hudson's as anchors. A year later Lord and Taylor and JCPenney was added to the mall. In 2001 Hudson's was converted into Marshall Field's. A year later the movie theater was demolished and it was replaced with a food court. In 2006 Marshall Field's was converted into Macy's. A year later Nordstorm opened at the mall. In 2013 The Cheesecake Factory opened at the mall. In 2018 H&M moved from its former location to a new two story location in the Sears wing. In 2019 Sears closed. In 2020 Lord and Taylor filed for bankruptcy and closed all their locations. Also in 2020 Crate and Barrel moved from Sommerset Collection to the Twelve Oaks Mall.
