This 4455 was built new in Mexico and one of the few that was sold new to the united states. Was purchased by the state of Texas department of natural resources used as a mowing tractor and sold new at Coufal Equipment Company in Cameron Texas. Tractor is showing 2558 hours. The current owner was told that these hours were correct when purchased but unfortunately the tractor had been sitting and the hour meter no longer works. There for these hours cannot be confirmed. The rear tires are the original born on rubber with all of the Spanish writing. The brake pedals show low wear on them, no slop in them. Some of the original paint and primmer is still on the top of them and not wore off. The shifter, tie rods, drawbar all show low wear aswell. Tractor has triple hydraulic remotes and 540/1000 Pto. Factory open station. Synchro transmission(only way a Mexico built 4455 could be ordered). We suggest coming and taking a look to see this tractor and make your own assessment of the hours before bidding. This was the only way a true open station tractor could be purchased in the 55 series so don't miss out! would make a great hay tractor or chore tractor around the farm.
