There is no specific pattern and this can be a very low-stress journal prompt. I call them “word quilts” because I go back and add words cut from books or magazines or scrapbook paper to embellish the finished paper quilt. there’s so much you could do with these, including creating greeting cards, making art journal, pages, and even larger scale art pieces.
