| Video Discription | Recipe 👇 (Macros: Per Serving - 8 Total) 550 Calories 48gC | 10gF | 62gP Ingredients: 960g Diced Skinless & Boneless Chicken Breast (raw weight) 1 Lemon (juiced) 1 Tsp Garlic Powder, 1 Tsp Onion Powder, 1.5 Tsp Italian Herb Seasoning, 1 Tsp Salt, 1 Tsp Black Pepper 1 Diced Onion 4 Diced Garlic Cloves 90g Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese 250ml Chicken Stock 640g Pasta (dry weight - Vetta Smart Penne Pasta) Protein Alfredo Sauce: 500g Low Fat/Fat Free Cottage Cheese 50g Light Cream Cheese 100ml Milk 45g Parmesan Cheese 1 Tsp Italian Herb Seasoning Recipe: 1️⃣ In your slow cooker combine chicken breast, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian herb seasoning, salt, black pepper, diced onion, diced garlic, parmesan cheese & chicken stock. 2️⃣ Cook on either LOW for 3-4 hours, or HIGH for 2-3 hours. 3️⃣ Cook your pasta 1/2 way. 4️⃣ For your Alfredo sauce, combine your low fat cottage cheese, light cream cheese, milk, parmesan cheese & Italian herb seasoning and blend until smooth. 5️⃣ Combine your chicken, pasta & Alfredo sauce, and cook for another 10-15 minutes to thicken up. 6️⃣ Top off with some parmesan & parsley, and divide into 8 servings. 7️⃣ ENJOY! 😋 Don’t forget to check out my digital cook books with over 200 delicious & easy recipes like these! 📖👨🏻🍳 Important Notes: If at any point the Alfredo sauce is too thick, add a bit more milk until it reaches the perfect consistency.
