Whatever you call it, it is cheesy and delicious and full of pizza flavor to hit the spot when you are craving pizza! It is low-carb, gluten-free, and high protein with 20 grams of protein per serving! Add to medium bowl along with 1 cup marinara sauce, parmesan, granulated garlic and 1 tsp Italian seasoning. Stir all together until well combined. Spray 8X8 casserole dish with cooking spray. Pour cottage cheese mixture in and spread out evenly. Top with remaining marinara evenly. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on, followed by pepperoni. Sprinkle with remaining Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes. Bake at 350Ffor 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Broil additional 1-2 minutes to get cheese bubble and brown if you wish. Makes 6 servings of about 1cup. WW Points per serving - 2 PTs.
