It allows for effortlessly moving along the stream of life, enjoying each moment as it comes and embracing your own worthiness for all good things you naturally deserve. 1. Follow your own joy and happiness. At the core of who you are is the vibration of joy. Whenever you are doing the things that give the feelings of satisfaction, excitement, passion, love and happiness, you are vibrating at the frequency of who you really are. In those moments, you are at your center, in alignment with your true nature. And to be aligned with life means living out what makes you happy and doing what you’re passionate about. It is pursuing what satisfies and excites you most. Following your own joy will create an energy within you that is in harmony with the energy vibration of the entire Universe. 2. Release the effort to control the specifics of any outcome. Whenever you are surrendering the details of how things in your life will unfold, you are vibrating at a high level frequency of trust and non-resistance. You are letting go of the insistence on how an outcome should be, and creating the space for life to orchestrate the intricate details. Figuring out the hows and applying too much effort on making things happen will just introduce unnecessary resistance that misaligns your energy with what you want, sending a signal of lack, uncertainty, insecurity or unworthiness. Living aligned necessitates vibrating in the frequencies of certainty and full knowing that everything is being taken care of for you, and that your inherent worthiness to receive the things you ask for is already enough and does not need any more proving or justification. 3. Let go of things that are bringing your vibration down. When you always make it your priority to take care of the way you feel at all times and to honor what feels good for you, you are deliberately making yourself aligned with your true positive vibrational energies. As you let go of the things that are not in harmony with your core of love, peace, joy, certainty and clarity, you are allowing your vibration to move up naturally and align with the high frequencies of the Universe. Through the practice of forgiveness and releasing the habits of blame, fear, guilt and hatred, you are gradually working your way up to feel the sense of lightness and ease within, and you are releasing whatever energies are holding you down. 4. Meditate or quiet the mind. Having a daily meditation practice by quieting the chatter in the mind for a few minutes each day will consciously move you to higher energy vibrations, and slow down the momentum of negative thoughts and emotions. This is an effective technique to tone down the noises that are taking up unnecessary space in the mind and to create the time for no thought. In the stillness and silence of the mind, you are becoming more of who you truly are. You are tuning in to your inner world and sensing more your emotional guidance within. As you consistently apply this technique, thinking thoughts that align yourself with the Universe will then be easier because the negative momentum has already subsided. 5. Practice appreciation and gratitude. Appreciation is one of the highest vibrations in the Universe. It is the energy of who you truly are. You are a being made out of pure love and appreciation. In deliberately tuning your thoughts to the frequency of appreciation by looking for things to praise in you (appreciation of self) and outside of you wherever you are, you are bringing yourself to this high energy level where all good things can start flowing more easily into your experience.
