Aloo kurma. 8" potatoes. Cutting. Add the chopped potatoes in a pressure cooker. Season water. 1" Tbls ' of oil. Covering the pressure cooker. Stove on pressure cooker. 2" whistles. Stove off. Remove the completely pressure cooker in air. Open. Perfect boiling. Remove the hot water. Add the normal water. Peel skin. Cutting. Keep it a side. Stove on pan. Add the 2" Tbls ' of oil. 1" bay leaf. 1" Inch cinnamon. 5" cloves. 2" cardmom. 2" chopped onions. 3" green chillies. Curry leaves. 1" Tbls ' of ginger garlic paste. Add the turmeric powder to taste. Mix well. Saute until onions turns golden brown in colour. 2" Tbls ' of red chilli powder. 1" Tbls ' of coriander powder. 1/2" Tbls ' cumin powder. Mix well. Saute for 2-3" minutes. 1" small packet curd. Little water. Mix well. Saute for 2-3" minutes. Add the boiling potatoes. 1/2" Tbls ' salt. Mix well. Saute for 3-4" minutes. 1/2" lt' water. Add the salt to taste. Mix well. Cook for 6-8" minutes. 1" Tbls ' of garam masala. 1" Tbls ' of kasturi methi. Mix well. Cook for 2 more minutes. Add the coriander leaves. Mix well.
