| Video Discription | साहित्य आंबे डाळ १ वाटी सुकी चणाडाळ - ५ ते ६ तास भिजवून घेतलेली १ वाटी सालं काढून केलेला तोतापुरी कैरीचा कीस २-३ टीस्पून साखर १/२ टीस्पून / चवीनुसार मीठ २/चवीनुसार हिरव्या मिरच्या १/४ टीस्पून हिंग १/२ टीस्पून मोहरी १/४ टीस्पून हळद १/४ वाटी तेल (आवडत असल्यास १ सुकी मिरची आणि १०-१२ कढीपत्त्याची पानं) १ वाटी खोवलेलं खोबरं १/२ चिरलेली कोथिंबीर पन्हं साधारण अर्धा किलो तोतापुरी कैऱ्या - उकडून घेतलेली (गर काढण्यासाठी) गुळ / साखर /गुळ+ साखर - गराच्या दीडपट मीठ अर्धा चमचा /चवीनुसार १० वेलदोड्याची पूड आवडीप्रमाणे केशर (ऑप्शनल) Ingredients 1 bowl gram daal (dry) - soaked in water for 5-6 hours 1 bowl peeled and grated totapuri raw mango 2-3 tsp sugar 1/2 tsp / per taste salt 2 / per taste green chillies 1/2 tsp asafoetida 1/2 tsp mustard seeds 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 1/4 bowl oil (1 dry chilli & 10-10 currey leaves as per liking - optional) 1 bowl grated fresh coconut 1/2 bowl coriander leaves Panha 1/2 kg totapuri raw mango- boiled (for pulp) 1.5 times- Jaggery/Sugar/Jaggery/ Jaggery+Sugar. 1/2 tsp /per taste - salt powder of 10-12 cardamoms Saffron - optional MFnMchY1vzM |
