Ater curing my diseases i came to know the power of nature and natural food. Now i have full faith in mother nature and wholesome natural food. Now i am motivating people towards nature and natural food. My initial diet 1.Enema for 12 days 2. Full day salad of cucumber, carrot, tomato. 3. one time millets in the dinner. i stopped all milk and milk products i stopped all processed food, all packaged item. i stopped all wheat products, lentils, rice i use only cold press oils. My current diet todays diet 1. Green juice of bitter guard karela juice / 2 to 3 glass of structured water after waking up, i drink either water or green juice fist thing in the morning. 2. Papaya around 500gm 3. Millet at 10.30 pm around 4. Millet at 2.30pm 5. Eight hours soaked organic peanuts around 40 gm in the evening at 6.30pm (Remember peanut means groundnut should be organic, if you eat ordinary peanut you will be in trouble, so organic peanut is must as it will work as medicine as well food) 6. Some time i eat banana 3-4 pcs in the evening according to my hunger. 7. Millets in the eveing my last meals 8. After one to one and half hour i drink some water. Not allowed in my diet All processed food like biscuit, chips, namkeen. All milk and milk products All junk food like burger, pizza, cold drink etc. At the beginning of the diet i never eate cooked vegetable to avoid tadka and spices because it caused gases. How i make millet currently I soak millets for at least 18 hours. I put millet and 4 to 5 times water in the vessel. i make my millet at very low flame. it takes 10 to 15 minutes to cook. I make millet just like we cook rice Currently i am eating millets with sabji. Now i make vegetable with and tadka and i also put spices. How i purify my water? Answe - I boil my water in evening and put it into copper vessel. I make my millets with this water and i also drink whenever i feel thirst. Do i do fasting? Answer - n my opinion if we eat salad, fruits and millet we don't need to fasting. As these things take very less time to digest. So our digestive tract have abundance time to rest as well to perform other work like exertion of waste products like urine, stool, etc. How i take vitamin d I take sunbath for at least 10 minutes every. whether it is summer or winter. I just avoid ac room I dont drink refrigerated water. For sweating i walk in the park for at least minimum one hour, whether it is summer or winter. Moral - I always try to be closer with nature, we need to be in touch with soil. If you eat sun cooked food like all vegetable and fruits without cooking, your body will become disease free within a year. I have full faith in nature and natural foods. I have curred my thyroid problem, gas problem, hyper acidity problem, cholesterol problem, 2 year old constipation with natural food. I have faced trouble or disease for 2 years so i know it very well what is trouble or disease, i have started this channel to educate people about the mother nature.
