| Video Discription | A trek around the Anapurna Circuit in Nepal slightly off-season during February/March 2020. Few trekkers and plenty of snow on track around end. Itinerary: Kathmandu, Besisahar, Bhulbule, Ngadi, Chamje, Timang, Upper Pisang, Manang, Yak Kharka, Thorung Phedi, Thorong la pass, Muktinath, Jomsom ... Filmed in 4K 60FPS with GoPro HERO 8 ------------------------------------ If you enjoyed this video I would highly appreciate if you would consider subscribing, I am planning to post similar videos of treks and adventures about once a year and it would mean a lot to me! ------------------------------------ FAQ - Trip Cost 30 USD for microbus + jeep to get to trek start from Kathmandu. (It was more, but a shared price so the larger number of travelers the cheaper it gets) 10-30 USD per day on average for food/room depending on food demands. Rooms to sleep have similar quality regardless of price but it depends on how much ”deluxe” food you want, if you settle with lentils every day or if you go for Yak Burgers :). Because we were 4 we could always get the deal ”eat dinner and breakfast here and get room for free”. They offered it basically everywhere but not for solo trrekkers which is why some wanted to join us to get rooms together. If you go alone just team up with other trekkers for this. So for 10 days bring 250 USD and you do not have to think about prices or 150 USD for budget food. 125 USD Plane from Jomsom to Pokhara. 30 USD for 2 required permits to Trek (ACAP + TIMS) In total approx 330-430 USD per person for the Circuit depending on ”luxury-level” including travel to/from larger city but excluding gear cost and travel to Nepal. ------------------------------------ FAQ - Difficulty On average I would personally rate the trek a 6/10. However the part just before and passing the Throung la pass I would rate 8.5. The weight you carry affects a lot after such a long distance, so try to reduce every gram you can. With a moderate stamina you will surely complete the circuit if you want, when you need to walk further you will surely do so and push yourself even if your body disagree. As long as you are not unfit, you will surely make it, it’s just a matter of how difficult it will feel!
