After many years of helping companies and professionals across broad industries enact lasting change, she established Susan Long-Walsh and Associates, a Seattle-based consultancy that connects businesses to the resources, talent, and tools toward building a great workplace culture. Outside of her professional work, Long-Walsh is active on the boards for StolenYouth and Seattle Arts & Lectures (SAL). Her weakness? Marjorie restaurant (Donna Moodie’s) bread pudding.
