Wash 8-9 apricots, cut them in half and remove the core 2. In a bowl, break 3 eggs 3. Add 125g Sugar 4. Add 1 Tsp Vanilla extract 5. Mix well 6. Add 50g Melted butter 7. Mix well 8. Add 150ml of Milk 9. Mix well 10. Add 130g All-purpose Flour + 1 Tsp baking powder 11. Mix well 12. Pour the mixture into a mold 13. Arrange your apricot pieces in the mold 14. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C-356 F for 40-45 minutes 15. Let cool 16.
