I went through the process 5 years ago, attended the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and commissioned into the Infantry - The Royal Anglian Regiment. At times, it can be confusing and difficult to get the answers to your questions, or at least know how to prepare for the selection process. My aim is to give you the knowledge so that you can tailor your preparation and give you the best chance of succeeding. As I say in the video, I am not part of AOSB, the recruitment process or Westbury. I am simply a guy that has been through the process (and I guess I did okay!)
