| Video Discription | Ashley Stahl left her successful career in national security to run her own business as a Speaker and Career Coach. Named in 2014 by Apex Society as a Power 30 Under 30 Leader, and in 2013 by the Diplomatic Courier magazine and Young Professionals in Foreign Policy as a “Top 99 Under 33 Foreign Policy Leader,” Ashley’s mission in life is to raise the career bar for her generation. She spoke about this journey at TEDxBerkeley in February 2014 and her work has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, the Daily Muse, Forbes, Mashable and FOX News. In 2011, she ran the operations for the Pentagon’s Ministry of Defense Advisors (MoDA) training program, which prepared senior US officials to deploy to Afghanistan and serve as advisors to the Afghan government. In 2012, Ashley transitioned into private intelligence, managing the Global Threat Intelligence Team at Control Risks, a global political risk consultancy. In this role, she led a team of analysts providing intelligence and threat analysis for a Fortune 100 client’s global security team. Throughout these experiences, Ashley couldn’t help but notice the absence of women. She climbed the national security ladder, and launched her coaching business with the objective of grooming young women to tap into higher echelons of all industries. She now travels to speak at conferences across the United States, where she empowers Millennials — particularly women — to take dominion over their careers. Ashley coaches Millennials across the United States on to unlock their authentic career path, land incredible job offers and increase their income. She also supports budding entrepreneurs on how to effectively launch their service-based practices and secure their first clients. She earned her Master’s degree in International Relations from King’s College London and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Government, History and French from the University of Redlands.
