Please subscribe and share my channel and hit the bell icon to get the notification. ************************************************ Subscribe here- https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCtirqPJ5X5erVNcIlh7BjJw ************************************************* AATA LADOO WHEAT FLOUR LADOO ⬇️⬇️INGREDIENTS ⬇️⬇️ 🔶Wheat Flour-500 gm 🔶Almonds-100 gm 🔶Cashews-100gm 🔶Walnuts-100 gm 🔶Pistachios-100 gm 🔶Melon seeds (char magaz)-100 gm 🔶Lotus seeds/ Fox nuts/Makhana-60 gm 🔶Ghee (Clarified butter)-250 gm +50 gm 🔶Sugar-350 gm ⬇️⬇️METHOD ⬇️⬇️ 1️⃣First, add all the nuts (almonds, cashews, walnuts, pistachios, makhana, magaz) into the jar of a grinder and pulse it to coarsely grind. Keep them aside 2️⃣Heat a pan on medium-low flame and add ghee (Clarified Butter) 3️⃣Now add atta (Wheat Flour)into the pan. Mix it very well. 4️⃣Begin to roast the aata (Wheat Flour). Add more ghee (Clarified Butter) and begin to mix very well 5️⃣Stir continuously and nonstop while roasting the flour so that there is even roasting and browning 6️⃣ Roast till the color changes and you get a nutty aroma from the whole wheat flour. (About 25-30 minutes) 7️⃣Switch off the heat. Add coarsely grounded nuts. Mix well 8️⃣Now add sugar. The sugar has to be mixed thoroughly in the flour-ghee mixture 9️⃣When the mixture is still hot and the heat is tolerable, start making ladoo. If the heat is not tolerable then wait for some minutes. 🔟Similarly, make ladoo from the remaining mixture In case, you are not able to form round balls and mixture is crumbling, then add a few more tablespoons of warm ghee.
