Ginger Garlic paste - 2 tsp Red chilli powder - 2 tsp Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp Salt Water - 1/2 glass Coriander Powder - 1/2 tsp Cumin powder - 1/4 tsp Few Coriander leaves Method: 1. Heat oil and add the mustard seeds 2. When mustard seeds start splattering, add curry leaves, onions, green chillis, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder & turmeric powder and saute. 3. Add salt & water. Mix well 4. Close and cook till the water evaporates 5. Crack open and add the eggs. 6. Put the flame on low. Mix gently 7.
