They take the time to decide on what kind of life they would like to lead. 3. They Focus Long-Term They always have a plan for the future and can focus on long term goals. They invest their time wisely and make decisions that will help their future. They know what they want out of life and they plan to achieve it. 4. They Live in the Present They do not get stuck in the past or focus on regrets. They are able to take things day-by-day and are ready to act if something in their plan changes. They try to get the most out of everyday. 5. They Listen They are genuinely interested in what you have to say and sincerely consider what you are telling them.
