| Video Discription | Authentic Dishes With My Personal Touch 😍 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ingredients Raw Mango(Pachamanga ) - 1 kg after removing seeds Chilli Powder (Mulakupodi) -150 gm or 1cup &2tbsp Mustard Seeds(Kaduku) - 150gm or 1 cup Fenugreek Seeds (Uvula ) 1tbsp Ground Rocksalt (Kalluppu ) -100gm or 5 1/2 tbsp Garlic -1 pod or 12 cloves opt Sesame Oil (Nallenna) - 21/2 cup or 750 ml Method Wash and dry the green mangoes. Split the mangoes into halves.Remove the seed and the skin of the seed. Then cut into small pieces. Use sour mangoes. Dry every piece with a towel. Dry the mustard seeds. Grind it. Dry and grind fenugreek seeds. Always take rock salt. Take 1 cup of chilly powder same measurement as mustard seeds. Heat sesame oil and allow it to cool down. Also keep 12 pods of garlic(optional) Mix well, all the powders together. Pour 2 spoons of oil on the mango pieces. Mix well. Then add the powder mix. After 2 days add the rest of the oil. 1 kg raw mangoes need around 2 1/2 cup of sesame oil. Check the salt, adjust accordingly. Mix it well. Store it in a dry container preferably in a glass jar.
