For eighteen high school students, last week was packed wingtip to wingtip and ground to sky with learning and hands-on experiences. And for Da Vinci Schools and Giving Kids Wings Flight Academy, it was another rewarding aviation education team effort. Check out these clips from Thursday's amazing trip to Torrance, when many students got to fly a plane for the first time! Before liftoff the students got to hear from Bradlee, an alumni of Da Vinci and Giving Kids Wings who is now a certified flight instructor with Pacific Skies Aviation. Then our young adults got to spread their own wings! Just think: more future aviation professionals may have been born last week.
