This technique is called the "Wonderboy deep set" and its a modified version of the baseball swing. We developed this technique after thousands of evolutions on forcible entry props, training evolutions and as well as real fire alarms. Its our goal to always deliver the best training and information to our fellow firefighters. This technique has never been taught until now. Firefighting is 80% mental only 20% mechanics just by simply changing your stance and angle of attack by a few inches your chances of successfully forcing the door increase drastically.
