| Video Discription | BAHAN : 1 ekor ayam (maksimal 2 kg) 1 bh jeruk nipis Garam seckpnya . . 1/2-1 bonggol bwg bombay, iris 1 batang daun bawang, iris 3 cabe merah keriting (iris swrong) boleh skip 1/4 sdt lada bubuk & pala bubuk (secukupnya) 1 sdt gula pasir 100 ml air matang 7-8 sdm kecap manis (me pake bango) 1 sdm kecap asin (me abc) 3 sdm sambal manis pedas (me ABC) 2 sdm saus tomat (me ABC) 1,5-2 cm jahe, iris tipis2 3-4 lembar daun jeruk, buang tulang daunnya 1 bungkus kecil asam jawa (seduh dg air seckpnya, lalu ambil airnya saja) Garam jika diperlukan secukupnya . .
