Edit: ASRock have released a new BIOS for this board: Version 5.04 Dated 2022/3/31. Available here: https://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/B660M%20Pro%20RS/#BIOS It states that they have updated microcode, "Load intel Base Power Limit Settings" and these revisions may have improved the performance of this board. We recommend that you update to this BIOS if you own or are considering buying this motherboard.
