Follow us on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/thebluepeppercorn/ Like us on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/bluepeppercorn/ Follow us on Pinterest: https://www.pinterest.com/thebluepeppercorn/ Servings: 3 Ingredients: · 3 everything bagels · 1 (8 oz) pack cream cheese, softened · 2 tbsp green onion, sliced · 1 tbsp capers (adjust to taste) · 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped (adjust to taste) · Black Pepper · 1 cucumber, sliced thinly · 1 medium sized tomato, sliced · ½ red onion, sliced thinly · 9 slices smoked salmon · olive oil Method: Step 1: Cut bagels in half and bake in oven at 400°F for 3-5 minutes or until toasted to your likeness. Step 2: Spread the toasted bagel bottom halves with cream cheese. Add the green onion, capers, dill, black pepper, cucumber, tomato, onion and salmon. Top with more green onion and capers. Step 3: Add cream cheese to the bagel top and garnish with more toppings if desired. Drizzle the bagel with a bit of olive oil (optional). Serve with lemon wedges and enjoy!
