| Video Discription | When you're ready to test your 3 "Balance Systems", which include your vision, your sensation and your inner ear, there are 4 simple ways to do so. The Romberg Test includes 4 different positions that you try to hold for 30 seconds each. - Position #1: feet together, eyes open (firm surface) - Position #2: feet together, eyes closed (firm surface) - Position #3: feet together, eyes open (unstable surface) - Position #4: feet together, eyes open (unstable surface) In this video, I'll explain each of the 4 positions, as well as how to interpret the results.
