However, everybody said you go for the weather, not the food and I am not sure I believe that anymore after today. Hygiene is a major topic when it comes to India. This place is one of the most hygienic restaurants I have been to in any country. This sugar cane seller definitely got my business with the way he handles his shop. It sounds like it should taste like so many similar things such as a dosa, but the Paddu had a much delicious taste. This thing is saturated with butter and it can be a little overwhelming, but it is a must eat at location.
