| Video Discription | Beef Dry Fry (BDF) also known as Beef Chilli Fry is a Kerala Beef preparation with an appetising marinade of red chilli, fennel seeds, garam masala, pepper and salt. It is commonly prepared as a finger food or as a side dish. Beef dry fry is made by cooking meat loaf and then slicing them to deep fry them further.
