| Video Discription | INGREDIENTS: Beef Liver 750 grams White Vinegar: 200ml Cooking Oil: 50ml Onion (Red or White): 1x Medium or Large sized Tomato: 2 x Medium sized Cloves: 10 - 15 count Cardamons: 10 - 15 count Garlic: Whole Clove Curry Powder: 3 x Heaped Tablespoons Mustard Seeds: 1 Teaspoon (approx) Chili Powder: 1-2 TABLEspoons (or to taste) Salt: 1 TABLEspoon (or to Taste) Curry Leaves: 10 - 20 count Beef Liver has to be cut into cubes before cooking. TIPS: All spice ingredient quantities should be adjusted to YOUR taste. Any sort of neutral cooking oil is Ok: Sunflower, Palm Olein, or even Olive Oil. Be very careful when adding Salt. Too much Salt ruins the whole dish, add less to start, and then add more later if you are unsure. If Fresh Curry Leaves are not available, you can use dried. Feel free to add other types of spices to experiment: Basil Leaves, coriander, Fennel, rosemary, etc. But only a little at a time. UydeRupRWC0 |
