On of the best chilla i had was in Rajasthan. I was in Jaipur to try Rajasthani street food and i just loved the kachori with chutney along with chilla which I ate in the main market. This simple breakfast recipe is inspired by the street food of India and can be made at home. You can serve besan chilla for breakfast or as an all day snack. Fill the batter with your favorite vegetables to make your meal more nutritious, and serve as a quick breakfast, brunch, or even as a late-night snack. The recipe is super simple, just mix everything together and make the Besan Chilla Pancake.
