On the Kurokawa Onsen Yumeguri, we went to Shinmeikan, Sou Yumoto, and Ikoi Ryokan. In my personal opinion, Ikoi Ryokan ＞ Sou Yumoto ＞ Shinmeikan. Kurokawa Onsen Yumeguri is 1,300 yen and you can enter the public bath of 3 inns, so I think it is the best for hot spring lovers.
