| Video Discription | One of my favorite places in the USA to vacation! The Florida keys is beautiful all year long. I haven't been here in 10 years. We celebrated my 30th birthday in the keys. My brother Max asked me what I wanted to do for my 40th birthday. The keys was the top of my list. So we planned a last minute, week long trip to Islamorada FL. This trip was AMAZING and exactly what I needed. We went fishing everyday and celebrated all week long. Last video we went Offshore fishing on the Hound Dog with Captain Scott Feltman. We targeted Tuna, Wahoo, Amberjack, and Sailfish. It was a perfect day on the water. The weather was amazing and we had a Blast!! I've been on many Offshore Charters. Captain Scottay and his 1st Mate worked their asses off for us. Highly Recommend!! This video is when we got back to the dock. Capt. Scott filleted our Blackfin Tuna, sliced up a few fillets, we mixed us some soy sauce & wasabi, and had some Dock Sashimi. When we got back to the hotel we Pan Seared the Tuna. All we had was a gas grill but we made it work. IT WAS DECLICOUS!!
