Around 15 Police cars are at The North Pier in Blackpool as a man around 40 years of age is surrounded. The situation is still ongoing around 2.30pm today 02/07/24. The tide is out at present and its around a 40 foot drop where the man is located. Its a delicate situation at present, the man seems to be raving and not engaging with Police at this moment in time.
