| Video Discription | On April 27, 2024, at approximately 12:50 a.m., Police Officers Frank Losurdo and Nicholas Protopapadakis responded to the 400 block of Marshall Drive on a noise complaint. When they arrived, they saw several groups of people standing around an illegally parked car with loud music playing. The music was lowered, and the car moved to a legal spot. A few moments later, a man, later identified as 37-year-old Barry High of Hoboken, approached the officers in an aggressive manner with his fists clenched. He ignored the officers' commands to stay back and hit one of their hands. When the officers began to place High under arrest, he resisted by tensing his arms and pulling his body away. At one point he fell on one of the officers, injuring the officer's leg. Ultimately, High was arrested. Sgt. Tyler Soto and Police Officers David Chicara, Nassir Willey, Anthony Hochstadter, Cynthia Rivera, Christopher Barral, Anthony Ingraffia, Joshua Campoverde, Rose Kanan, and Kyle Seper arrived to assist with a crowd that was forming. High was charged with resisting arrest, aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer, and disorderly conduct.
