The 6.5km trek will take you down into a lush canyon filled with waterfalls, stunning cliff walls and overhangs to walk around, through and under! Depending on how high the water is in the creek, you may need to remove your shoes to cross the sandstone steps. Out of our three visits so far, 1 out of 3 required us to take our shoes off - its fun either way - or just jump into the big waterfall whilst you’re at it! Located in Blackheath, NSW, Australia just 1.5 hours by car west of Sydney city centre, this hike is great for a day away from the city or a nice add-on to a weekend in the Blue Mountains.
