| Video Discription | Taking the family to Summersville Lake in West Virginia this year means we have to get Skeeter in Tip Top shape before hand! It had developed a lower unit gear oil leak from the dry rotted oil transfer hose which required the gimbal to be removed from the boat to replace the hose! Join us as we tackle this and our anxiety from the total job before we can have some fun in the beautiful waters of West Virginia! My content isn't usually all based on education and sometimes I miss great opportunities to share some knowledge but here in this video I tried to combine the best of both worlds with a little of the maintenance and then some of the adventure. Your not gonna be able to fully R&R your stern drive from my video but I think you'll understand the complexity of the procedure and how to adjust the cables once completed. In either case I hope this video was entertaining and that you enjoyed the time spent with us. It was a great week end and was worth all the work put into the boat.
