Rahasia Resep Brownies Ala Starbucks. Cara membuat brownies ada dua macam: kukus dan panggang. Keduanya memiliki cita rasa yang berbeda. Brownies kukus teksturnya lebih lembut dan sedikit basah sedangkan brownies panggang teksturnya lebih garing di luar namun lembut di dalam. Kali ini aku mau share resep brownies dengan cara panggang menggunakan oven. Resep Chocolate Espresso Brownies Bahan: 3 butir telur 200 gr gula pasir 50 gr brown sugar 1 sdt vanilla extract 140 gr butter unsalted 110 gr dark compound chocolate ½ sdm espresso powder 45 gr cocoa powder 7 gr baking powder 65 gr tepung terigu protein sedang / all purpose 1 sdt garam Langkah : 1. Lelehkan butter lalu sisihkan, masukkan cokelat batang, ¼ cocoa powder dan espresso powder, aduk rata hingga meleleh 2. Kocok telur dan gula sampai fluffy selama 7-10 menit menggunakan mixer 3. Masukkan brown sugar, lelehan butter, vanilla extract dan cokelat ke dalam adonan, aduk 4. Masukkan baking powder, tepung terigu, sisa cocoa powder, dan garam sambil diayak lalu aduk dengan spatula 5. Masukkan adonan ke dalam loyang ukuran 20 x 20 cm, lalu taburi dengan irisan cokelat di atasnya 5. Panggang di dalam oven di suhu 180 derajat selama 20 menit (api atas bawah) 6. Keluarkan adonan, ratakan / tekan dengan spatula lalu diamkan 10 menit 7. Panggang kembali di suhu yang sama selama 20 menit 8. Add the baking powder, sifted flour, the rest of the cocoa powder, and salt. Fold in with spatula. 5. Add the batter into the baking pan and sprinkle with chocolate shavings on top. 6. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 20 minutes (upper and lower heat). 7. Remove the brownies from the oven. Push down with spatula and let it rest for 10 minutes. 8. Bake once more at the same temperature for 20 minutes. 9.
