"Three words..that would be difficult to sum it up but I would say it's B2B, B2C and C2C. Customer focus has always been my key, even in my previous jobs that I've done I'm a very customer centric person, I'm always looking to give forward the best and always look at resolving a problem from the customers viewpoint. The fact that we are able to go beyond and above the normal service expectation is what gets me going in this business. There are a number of benefits: The technological innovations and the support that we've got from the THQ has mattered. The fact that we have actually expanded from a single unit franchisee to a multi-unit franchisee and obviously the "No Limits" culture - that's something I really love because to me, it is customer satisfaction that matters and just not the aspect of the money coming in, it is the fact that you do a job from start to finish, and you feel the joy of the customer's face that matters."
