Now let me tell you we LOVE pizza and best yet when it’s homemade!!!!!! For me the kitchen is one of my favorite places in my house to create memories and through this recipe we are able to just gather around, make our calzone and have lots of fun! The kids feel like real chefs and I just enjoy watching them and seeing how much fun they have while doing what I love to do the most! One day your kids will retell all the fun they had in the kitchen ❤️ I M P O R T A N T ⚠️ Allow your dough to rest in a warm place, I place it in my oven with the light on for 1 - 1 1/2 hours if your dough don’t rise is probably because your yeast is no good! Also make sure the water is warm (110 degrees) Bake at 445f for 12 minutes, or until golden ingredients: 4-8 pizza pockets it depends on I how big you want them! Pizza dough: 2 1/4 cup APF my favorite brand is King Arthur 1/4 oz rapid rise instant yeast 1 1/2 tsp sugar 3/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp garlic powder 3/4 cup plus 2 tbsp warm water or 1 cup if you feel the dough is still a little dry don’t add more than 1 cup!!!! 3 tbsp olive oil plus extra to pat on dough Mozzarella cheese Pepperonis And of course pizza sauce you can make it homemade, or use your favorite store bought mine is CLASSICO traditional pizza sauce! And don’t forget your favorite toppings I love jalapeños and my kids loooove black olives!!!! Extra oil and Italian seasoning 😋 1 serving of love 💕 Want to see more of me and my family?
