| Video Discription | It’s simple, fast and incredibly tasty!INGREDIENTS 2 chicken breasts, no skin on; Salt and pepper; 75 g (⅓ cup) pesto sauce; 1 tomato, sliced; 6 slices mozzarella cheese, cut in half; 1 egg; 120 g (½ cup) sour cream. METHOD Make a deep slit along with each chicken breast without cutting it through. Season with salt and pepper generously on both sides. Fill each slit with pesto, tomato and mozzarella. Place into a baking pan and pour the mixture of an egg, sour cream, salt and pepper on top.
