| Video Discription | #sweet chat chutney# # Tamarind sweet chutney for chats# is a common ingredient for all the chaat recipes. It is also called as katta meeta chutney. It is made up of two main ingredients namely tamarind and jaggery. Traditional north indian recipe. It can be used as sides for samosas, kachoris as well. Ingredients: Tamarind water - 1 cup Jaggery water - 1cup Pinch of chaat masala - Optional Salt to taste Chilli powder - 1/2 tspn. Method: 1) Heat the kadai, add Jaggery with little water, let it dissolve. 2) then filter the jaggery. 3) Clean the pan and add tamarind water. 4) When its starts boiling, add salt, chaat masala, chilli powder. 5) once the raw smell goes, add jaggery water. 6) Close the lid and let it boil for few mins. Once it reaches the consistency, off the stove and transfer into serving bowl. This can be stored upto 15 days. rewL1998FzI |
