आज मसाला किचन मे बन रहा है ओडिशा की फेमस ट्रेडिशनल डिश/मिठाई छेना पोडा रेसिपी | घर मे छेना पोडा बनाने का आसान तरीका | बिना अंडे, बिना ओवन के बेकरी जैसा सॉफ्ट केक बनाये | मसाला किचन की आसान केक रेसिपी जरूर देखिये | छेना मिठाई रेसिपी, चमचम, रसगुल्ला, बंगाली मिठाई, रुई जैसा केक, बेकरी जैसा केक, ड्राई फ्रूट केक, कलाकंद, रसमलाई, बर्फी केक, मावा केक, दूध केक, फटे दूध की मिठाई, केक सजाने का आसान तरीका, बिना क्रीम का केक | सबसे आसान केक, स्पंज केक, पोंड केक, वनीला केक, फ्रूट केक, बाजार जैसा केक, बिना ओवन के केक, मैदा केक, आटा केक, मलाई केक, बिना अंडे के केक, कप केक, कस्टर्ड केक, ऑरेंज पेस्ट्री, बिना ओवन के केक, मिल्क केक, स्पंजी केक, कढ़ाई में केक, ओवन में केक को शेयर करना न भूले | मसाला किचन | पूनम देवनानी रेसिपी
INGREDIENTS:
* Full Cream Milk(दूध) - 1.5 Litre
* Fine Semolina(बारीक सूजी) - 3 Tbsp
* Sugar Powder(पिसी चीनी) - 3/4 Cup/150 Gram
* Salt(नमक) - 1 Pinch
* Chhena Water(छेना पानी) - 2-3 Spoon
* Cardamom Powder(इलायची पाउडर) - Some
* Ghee(घी) - 2 Spoon
* Baking Soda(बेकिंग सोडा) - 2 Pinch
* Dry Fruits(सूखे मेवे) - Some
* Sugar(चीनी) - Some
RECIPE:
Take Cake Mould, grease some Oil, place Green Leaves, apply some Oil on it and keep it aside.
Keep the Cooker on the flame, put some reused Salt, place a steel ring in it. Take Cooker Lid, remove whistle & rubber from it. Cover it and keep it for pre-heating.
Take some Milk & boil it for making Chhena. When it starts boiling, turn off the flame then put some Vinegar & Water Mixture gradually into Milk. Keep a strainer in a bowl, put a cloth on the strainer & put the Chhena in it then put some water on it, and keep it for some time. When it gets dry then take it out on a thali, mash it with the fingers. Put some Fine Semolina and mix it well. Then put Powdered Sugar, a pinch of salt, mix it well. Cover it & keep it for 15 minutes. Then put some Chhena Water, Cardamom Powder, Baking Soda, Ghee, finely chopped Dry Fruits like- Cashew Nuts, Almonds & Pistachio & mix all well. Sprinkle some Sugar in the greased cake tin & put the Batter in it. Put some finely chopped Dry Fruits & bake the Cake in preheated Cooker for 55-60 minutes on medium flame. Check the Cake with a toothpick & turn the flame off & keep it cooling down for half an hour. Take out the cake & demold it. Cut the cake into pieces & enjoy the Tasty Cake. In this way, Spongy & Soft Chhena Cake/Chhena Poda will get ready so easily without Egg-Oven-Condensed Milk.
Tip:
You can use Jaggery/Gud instead of Sugar.
Bake the Cake in the Preheated Oven or Microwave Convection Mode at 180 degrees for 40-45 Minutes
