Butterfly chicken breast and then soak in brine for 45 minutes up to 4 hours. Mix your flour with powdered sugar and season to taste. Coat chicken generously in flour mixture - and then place on a baking sheet or wire rack to rest for 10-15 minutes before frying. Get oil up to 350 degrees and fry chicken in batches (don't overcrowd the fryer) for about 6-10 minutes or until the chicken reaches 165 degrees internal temp. Place chicken on wire rack (top with cheese to melt) to drain and toast your brioche buns with butter. Make Chic-Fil-A sauce ahead of time and garnish sandwich with your favorite toppings. 5UNrYSF_vdU |
