| Video Discription | How To Make Chicken Machboos matchboos is the traditional Arabic dish.it making normally chicken, lamb and fish .it's very tasty dish .we can call Arabic biriyani #machboos #chickenmachboos #arabicbiriyani ingredients 1 whole chicken 4 cup rice 6 cup water 2 table spoon - olive oil 1 table spoon ghee 1 small pc ginger 5 cloves garlic 1 big onion 1 tomato 1 table spoon Arabic masala 1 table spoon tomato sauce 1 chicken stock 1 dry lemon 1 bay leaf preparation when hot the making pot pour oil and ghee after that add ginger garlic onion. when onion getting brown add Arabic spices, dry lemon, bay leaf, after that add turmeric powder coriander powder, chilly powder mix well ,after add tomato and chicken stock. When this mix add chicken pcs, when chicken half cook add 3 cup water. when its boil well remove chicken pcs, add 3 cup waiter more. When boiled water add rice and cook 10 minute.
