Dengan bahan utamanya adalah cabai kering, biasanya digunakan untuk masakan Asia seperti gorengan, ramen, dimsum, bebek peking, tumis sayuran, dan hampir semua jenis masakan Chinese. Resep Chili Oil Bahan: 250 gr minyak goreng 60 gr cabai kering 25 gr bawang putih 25 gr bawang merah 25 gr ebi 1 sdt garam ½ sdt gula ½ sdt penyedap 2 sdm kecap asin Langkah: 1. Haluskan cabai kering dengan blender / food processor, sisihkan 2. Blender bawang merah, bawang putih dan minyak hingga halus 3. Tambahkan ebi yang sudah direndam, blender sebentar 4. Tumis bumbu halus sampai matang dan wangi, bumbui dengan garam, gula, dan penyedap sebelum air dalam bawang habis 5. Masukan cabai yang sudah dihaluskan, masak hingga minyak berwarna merah 6.
