| Video Discription | This is how to make pork chops on the blackstone griddle! This might be the best breakfast pork chop recipe I’ve done on the griddle and this is why we love doing breakfast on the blackstone. Awesome blackstone griddle recipes that I will definitely be making again! There’s something about breakfast pork chops with eggs that always gets me, maybe it’s because there 2 of the best things to eat! Cook up those hash browns first to get them going then put your chops down. After you flip the chop put some of that amazing compound butter down right on top of it. When the hashys are done just put them aside and when your pork chop is done just crack an egg right on top of it. It will probably be a little difficult depending on the shape of the pork chop but you can make it work. Then cover it and steam it with water. Lastly I added a little more of that compound butter to the top and melted that till everything was all done. Plate the hash browns then the pork chop right over them. Eat up!
