| Video Discription | Oven Grilled Fish ๐๐ฃ๐๐ง๐๐๐๐๐ฃ๐ฉ๐จ: Whole fish (cleaned) - 1 (the one shown is approx. 600 g) Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp Red chilli powder - 2 tsp Coriander powder - 1 tsp Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp Salt - 3/4 tsp or as required Lemon juice of half big lemon or 1 small lemon Water - 2 tbsp Oil - 2 tbsp โ๐ถ๐ ๐พ๐๐โ ๐น๐๐๐๐๐:โฃ 1. Clean the fish and pat it dry. Make 4 to 5 slits on both sides of the fish. 2. In a plate, add ginger garlic paste and all the spice powders. Add lemon juice and water and mix well to a thick paste. 3. Spread the spice mixture on the fish on both sides and on the slits. Finally, add little oil above it and spread well. Marinate for 30 mins to 1 hour. 4. Brush the grill pan with oil and place the marinated fish on it. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 deg celsius for 10 mins and then cook in grill mode for 15 mins on each side. Brush with little oil while flipping the sides.
