| Video Discription | A classic indo Chinese recipe of chicken Manchurian 👇Written Recipe 👇 Ingredients:- To marinate:- Chicken-400g,cubes Corn flour-2tbsp Black pepper-1tbsp Salt-1tsp or as required Soya sauce-1tbsp Egg-1,beaten Red food colour-a pinch Ginger garlic paste-1tsp Oil -for frying Method:- 1.in a mixing bowl add the ingredients and mix well. 2.Add chicken and mix well. Keep aside for 30 minutes to marinate To fry:- 1.heat oil in a pan . 2.Add chicken pieces and fry until it turns golden and crisp both sides. 3.take them out in a absorbent paper and keep aside To make Manchurian Ingredients:- Oil-2tbsp Ginger and garlic-1tbsp,chopped Green chillies-2 chopped Onion-1medium, chopped Capsicum-1small,cut it into cubes Green chilli sauce-2tbsp Tomato ketchup-4tbsp Soya sauce-2tbsp Vinegar-1tbsp Sugar-1tsp Salt-1/4tsp or as reqd For garnishing Few Coriander leaves chopped Spring onion chopped Method:- 1.Heat oil in a pan 2.Add garlic, ginger, onion, green chillies, capsicum and saute well until onion turn lightly brown. 3.Add green chilli sauce, tomato sauce, soya sauce and mix well and keep the flame on low. 4.Add vinegar,salt and sugar.
