I’ll take you along day by day and show you what I prep. 🌸 MY AMAZON STOREFRONT:🌸 https://www.amazon.com/shop/sonyasprep Chicken Fajitas Split Pea Soup Salmon With Mustard Potatoes Shepherds Pie “Grilled “ Chicken Salad 🍗Chicken Fajitas: Marinate chicken breasts or thighs with salt, pepper, paprika and fresh garlic. 🥣Split Pea Soup: 1 onion diced 2 carrots diced 2 stalks of celery diced Sauté and season with S/P Add 4 cups of stock and 4 cups of water 3-4 Bay leaves 1.5 cups of washed and drained split peas Cook for 45 minutes. 🥧Shepherds Pie: Meat filling: Sauté onion Add 4 minced garlic cloves Ground meat Season with S/P Add 1lb of frozen mixed vegetables Add 2 tbsp of flour and mix into the meat filling. Add tomato sauce and water. Cook about 10 minutes. 🥔Mashed Potatoes: Boil 4 largeIdaho potatoes and drain, reserving 1 cup of water. Season with S/P, add 1.5 sticks of dairy free butter. Mash and add 1 egg. Mix well. Combine meat filling and mashed potatoes. Bake at 400F for about 30 minutes. 💕This channel is all about my Orthodox Jewish life.
