Things like "The sensory stimuli around me doesn't impact me negatively." You feel comfortable wherever you sit, stand, or lay and don't feel overwhelmed by your physical surface/area. Don't feel like parts of your body are uncomfortable, feel safe and grounded in your own body. Your clothes, skin, hair, and every part of you feels normal and doesn't give you any sensory trouble. You don't feel upset by small noises, feelings, or other sensory input in an extreme way. ▷Mental and soul calm: you are spiritually protected from negative energies, you feel calm, relieved from stress and anxiety, feel relieved from anger or agitation, you feel grounded and are rid of dissociation/ mental checkouts. Flushed of negativity, relieved from things making you feel unwell, flushed of anything picked up from the day that is affecting you negatively.
