| Video Discription | Maryland Crab Soup, chef Frank shows you you to make this regional favorite. Hearty, filling and super satisfying the Baltimore classic is easy to make. INGREDIENTS 1/4 pound blue crab meat 1/2 cup diced carrots 1/2 cup diced potato 1/2 cup diced onion 3 1/2 cups beef broth 28 oz. can crushed tomatoes 1/2 cup frozen lima beans 1/2 cup canned or frozen corn 2 TBSP old bay RECIPE 1. In medium pot heat tomatoes and beef broth. 2. Add bay leaf and old bay. simmer 10 minutes. 3. Add corn, peas and onions. Simmer for another 10 minutes. $.
