Georgian lawmakers pushed and shoved each other as the debate heated up. Lawmaker Dimitri Samkharadze from the ruling Georgian Dream party charged at Levan Khabeishvili of the United National Movement. The Georgian parliament voted 84 to 30 to pass the bill, which critics see as a danger to democratic freedoms, in its third and final reading.
